Driving home yesterday, I saw nearly a dozen workers laying HUGE bricks between steel enforcements on the freeway overpass. Each brick was very heavy, judging by how difficult it was for them to carry. I usually don’t think about the individual people who make our high rise buildings and other types of construction.

It’s very hard work and requires not only muscles but skill to perfectly line up the bricks or whatever material is being used. These men certainly would not need a gym membership and driving by, I started looking at all the tall buildings and thought of the men who built them.

They would need to work at the very top of those buildings I saw. Work is a gift from God. Whatever you do, work with all your might as unto the LORD.
