How To Make Healthy Smoothies
God has made such a wonderful variety of foods for us to enjoy. One of my favorite meals is combining His fruits and vegetables in healthy smoothies. I made a short video to give you some ideas for making your own drinks.
After watching the video, a friend pointed out a site that warns against eating apple seeds, so you may want to skip the seeds of apples.
At a recent worship party, we enjoyed the spinach ice cream mentioned in the video. Other ice creams we’ve made are from beet greens and kale mixed with frozen fruit. They taste like dessert, but you don’t have to worry about the sugar drop.
I don’t know about you, but if I eat much sugar, the next day I’m exhausted. It’s more fun to make something that tastes great and is nourishing your body too.
